Managed administrative tasks including calendar management with a focus on the proper allocation of executive availability, reconciling monthly bank & credit card statements for the CEO & Executive Vice President, and preparing the monthly newsletter for email & mail distribution.

Orchestrated successful conferences, including associated travel for all speakers, attendees, facilities and support services.
